Dr. Salvatore Lima
Dr. Salvatore Lima is an accomplished educational leader with over 15 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, district-level leadership, and higher education. He currently serves as the Director of Science, Technology, and CTE for Northern Valley Regional High School District and teaches graduate courses at Fordham University, where his instruction includes improvement science, as well as quantitative and qualitative data analysis at the master’s, Ed.D., and Ph.D. levels. A systems thinker with deep expertise in strategic planning, equitable scheduling, and designing inclusive STEM and CTE programs, Sal’s leadership is grounded in Self-Determination Theory, constructivist pedagogy, Universal Design for Learning, and a commitment to fostering strong educator-student relationships. Driven by a mission to create sustainable, equity-centered change, he partners with schools to align vision, data, and practice for impactful results.
Dr. Raquel Lima
Dr. Raquel Lima is a dedicated early childhood educator, school leader, and national fellow with the Center for Pyramid Model Innovations. With nearly two decades of experience in public education, she currently serves as Principal in Clifton Public Schools and teaches as an adjunct professor at William Paterson University. Raquel’s expertise includes Pyramid Model implementation, positive behavior supports, inclusive education, and early intervention systems. Her leadership is rooted in coaching, trauma-informed practices, and creating nurturing, student-centered environments that support the whole child. Through both her research and practice, she advocates for systemic approaches to MTSS and professional development that empower educators and uplift young learners.
